What treasures do you suppose we will find in 2010?

Do you wonder, like I do, what treasures await us this upcoming year? Little treasures at yard sales, thrift stores, antique shops....Can't wait! My hubby says the first sign of spring is the Daytona 500, but to me - it's the first outdoor yard sale. I think I'll just keep busy working on a few creations until then. I have been making few new tags and such, and I've got some ideas churning for using coffee filters....did you know that Somerset Life has an upcoming challenge for creations using coffee filters? Cannot wait for that issue to see what everyone comes up with.

Melissa, your tags are beautiful. I, too, am in hot anticipation of spring's gifts to us. Currently, though, I am in auction withdrawel. They start up again on Jan 16th, and I simply cannot wait. Like you, I love unique finds, not only at auctions, but yard sales, tag sales and the like. Can't wait to see what the New Year will bring. Happy New Year!!! Hugs, Kathleen

I am anxiously waiting for garage sale season to start. Its 5 degrees here today... :(
My friends and family give me a list every year of what they are needing/wanting. I was able to find everything on the list last year... will I have the same luck for them this year?
And, I have no idea what my 'wish list' is for the year... hmmm, need to start thinking about it!
Happy New Year to you!

Hi Melissa, I love what you are up to these days. These tags are just beautiful! Yes, I'm looking forward to the new finds I might find in the new year, because I have learned so many new things and skills from all you junk shoppers in blogland and I can't wait to see if I've been a very good student.lol

Oh Melissa,we do think so much alike, always dreaming of a yard sale LOL! I just love 'em too. I will still get to go to a few... here and there... down here where we live, but just not that many this time of year. I'll always be checking the paper to see though, and dreaming of one...even in middle of winter! LOL!

Your tags are so pretty and so are those giveaways you found... Love those!

Hope you and your family have a Happy New Year sweetie! I am so glad I met you this year.
Big Hugs,
Queenie
