Do you remember these storage jars?

I bought them in the summer at a tag sale -

Do you like this better? I painted the wood cream color, added pretty paper with vintage script, and then gavethe wood a bit of an aged look with antique stain. I added a vintage gold button on the front.

    Melissa, I have always hated those wood canisters. But after I have seen how shabby and chic you made them with some paint and embellishments, they will be the number one item I will be looking for this summer at yard sales and the like. How clever and crafty of you. Hugs, Kathleen
