I painted it antique coral and then brushed on antiquing stain, wiping it off right away. I distressed the edges, then added the vintage wallpaper to side panels and lower front panel. Newest addition to my vintage rental business.
I have so many pieces that I love, cannot use in my smaller home, but I cannot bring myself to sell. Why not offer them for rent for events or photography shoots? My first step is to inventory my pieces and get some marketing photos scheduled.

I painted both the bottles and drawer with parchment white craft paint that is okay to use on glass. It covered up the stains well. I distressed the bottles and placed them inside the drawer. I formed the fresh flower arrangment around them, tucking peonies, roses, mint sprigs in. Then I put long spikes of wild indigo in each bottle.
From the paint name, you would expect it to be blue, but it is a aqua green shade. Vintage ephemera is decoupaged to the top in a scattered manner, along with a Farmers Market ad image, and the top is sealed with clear polycrylic. Annie Sloan clear wax was applied to the rest of the table.
Bun feet were bolted to the bottom, and it is painted with Martha Stewart's Vintage Decor Paint in Charcoal, although on this piece it is a steel gray color. I distressed it and then waxed it. Love how it turned out. I left the wonderful original paper inside intact.
Here it is shown with fresh flowers in each cup, but it could also be used to hold tealights and hung in the garden to enjoy at dusk.

These can be used for decorative storage or for wedding decor to hold wedding cards, or even as a prop for photography.
That's the case for me with this beautiful vintage coffee can. I love the graphics, love the shade of blue. I bid on it on an online auction, intending to bid at the last minute, and FORGOT ABOUT IT! I can't seem to find another. If you ever find one of these, I'd love to know.
I painted it duck egg blue, added another knob directly across from the one on the right, and a sawtooth hanger on the back. This mirror can be hung on a wall or propped on a shelf. I would use the knobs to hang necklaces.
It can be used to store keepsakes, vintage linens, etc.

I did an Easter bottle with a vintage French postcard image, lace and jewelry findings (front and back view shown), and a "Jeanie" bottle, which has sheet music of "Jeanie with the Light Brown Hair", vintage topaz jewelry findings and lace.
My latest project is a vintage wood box upcycle. I painted the box, then distressed it slightly. I decoupaged it with pretty farmhouse style papers and the cow image from The Graphics Fairy. The box was then sealed with spray sealer and the metal knob added to the top. Use it to store your vintage findings, trinkets, charger cords, whatever you like. I am adding it to my Etsy shop. A few of the last rosebuds from my garden, placed in vintage glass bottles on my kitchen window sill. I discovered it in a disassembled pile. All pieces were there except for the wooden slat as a base for a mattress, which my husband cut out and put in place, then added screws.

Here is a yard sale find from this past weekend, a cute wooden chair that I wanted to spruce up to place in my flower garden. I painted it using chalk paint in an emerald green, then added a bit of Martha Stewart's Black Coffee antique stain. I like how it turned out.
Anywaze.....here's my latest upcycle project, a wood picture frame turned into a vanity tray. I added metal handles, lace under glass and the French label image from Graphics Fairy. I distressed the frame and handles slightly. It fits right into a Paris Apartment or French Chic decor.
